International Project Management

The Process

Project Asia will lead a cross-functional team through the networking process for the development of a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The WBS serves as a foundation for the execution plan, which is designed to meet your project objectives. A project plan will then be created and executed with strong adherence to the Nine-Phase New Product Development (NPD) process:
